3rd Annual Spring Home Extravaganza
Event Highlights: Over 600 people attended Homes 4 Sale by Owner Network's Annual Spring Home Extravaganza, held on Saturday, March 18th at the Clarion Hotel in Toledo, Ohio. This free event was made possible by 39 local companies who provided displays, demos, information and workshops for home owners on the topics of buying and selling a home, preparing your home for sale, and home improvement ideas. Following the Extravaganza, more than 350 home buyers toured 105 participating open homes in 27 cities during the Parade of By Owner Homes on Sunday, March 19th. Those attending the two-day event had the opportunity to enter a grand prize drawing to win 74 fabulous prizes donated. The highly publicized event was featured live on the Channel 13 TV Morning Show and Evening News.

2005 By Owner Extravaganza & Info Fair
Over 101 homes by owner participated in the Open House Extravaganza for Homes 4 Sale by Owner Network's Annual By-Owner Spring Extravaganza and INFO FAIR two-day event March 12 and 13, 2005. Over 200 people attended the INFO FAIR on March 12th, visiting displays sponsored by local companies and visiting open houses held in 18 cities. Direct Buy donated the grand prize gourmet cookware won by bride-to-be Kristy C. of Toledo.
