Can I successfully sell my home by owner without the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?

How do I use my personal member page to create and manage my online listing or multiple listings?
After you purchase any of our for sale or for rent advertising packages, you will see your unique property listing number when you log in to your member page with your e-mail address and the password. Simply click the Edit My Listing link to begin entering your property information. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your work. Your listing will not be live until you check the Take My Listing Live box.To add photos to your listing, click the Manage My Images link. Follow the easy instructions to browse your personal computer, choose the photos you want and upload them to your page. Proper photo sizing is important for your slide show to run. Easy instructions are included in the Image Manager.

You can delete and add new photos to your listing any time. You will also see a link called Create Custom Flyers. This feature will automatically create a custom flyer from the details about your property and photos you select. These custom flyers can be printed from your home computer as needed.
Each property listing has a visitor counter so you can monitor traffic to your page. Options are available to post a Pending, Sold, or Rented Notice, as well as delete your listing when your home is no longer on the market. Through the Edit My Listing feature, you can make changes to your listing 24 hours a day, seven days week from the comfort of your home or office. Post your open house notices to your page and custom flyers as well as the Homes Open This Week section of our Web site.
Your Personal Member Page also gives you the ability to manage multiple properties. If you have more than one property for sale or rent, you will be able to manage all of your properties from your member page. Add new property listings as needed.
